Need help getting ready for the college admissions process? Not sure when or how many times your child should take SATs? Nervous that your child is going to miss key deadlines? Need help with securing financial aid and scholarships? RELAX! I can and will help for only a fraction ($500) of what other private companies charge. I am a high school college counselor with 11 years of experience in helping students and parents navigate the difficult and tricky college admissions process. I help the students and parents at my high school every day conquer the college admissions process. I can help your child improve his/her chances of getting accepted to the college of his/her choice. College planning should begin as early as 9th grade. However, the need for a college counseling professional is only necessary when your child is in 11th or 12th grade. This offer for assistance is good for exactly one calender year from the date of payment. The winning family will have access to my personal email, my personal cell phone number, and my work fax number. If you live within 15 miles of delaware county, Pa, we will certianly have face to face meetings. Some high schools have excellent guidance counselors who are knowledgeable with the college admissions process. However, they don't have the time to meet with you on a regular basis or available to answer your specific questions in the evening or on the weekend. I can! Other high schools have 1 counselor for every 400 students and are too consumed with paperwork to give you the individual attention you deserve. I will! I do not guarantee acceptance to any college. I do guarantee that I can improve your chance of being accepted to the college of your choice. There are several things that every student (and parents) must know and do in order to get accepted to the college of his/her choice. Let me help you and walk you through every step of the process so that you have the best chance of receiving an acceptance letter and financial aid from the college of your choice. I will do the following and more: walk you through the college admissions timeline. transcript review. help develop an appropriate list of colleges. explain and help secure financial aid and scholarships. review and help complete your college applications and other mandatory forms. brainstorm college essay topics and provide feedback. develop a proper strategy for taking SATs. help you to secure necessary letters of recommendations from your teachers. help create an activities resume. explain how a timely college visit can actual improve your chances of admissions. I have a passion for college counseling and simply enjoy the smile on a student's face after they have been accepted to a college and landed a nice financial aid package. Because of this passion, I do not feel the need to charge an arm and a leg like most private companies.
