Living Life or Just Existing? Living Life or Just Existing? Living is supposed to be a celebration of our lives. Yet many report that they have been left out, uninvited to the party of life’s celebration, a celebration that continues with or without us. Feeling Left-Out? Feeling left-out often can add to the creation of thoughts that become self-defeating, self- debilitating and bothersome. Feeling left-out creates many questions about others. What’s Wrong with Me! Why am I so different? Why can’t I be happy like others? Why can’t I have good a man or woman in my life? Why can’t I have what I want and deserve? What allows everyone else to get everything and I get nothing? I’m mad at the world because it surly does not care about me! Am I a born loner? I’m too short, tall, fat or thin; I just don’t fit... Uniqueness Uniqueness and being different does not need to be debilitating; but instead the most up lifting and forward moving element in our lives.
